Job Description

• Develop and expand B2B sales opportunities with Chinese/Taiwanese corporate clients, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships.
• Conduct business negotiations, contract discussions, and presentations fully in Mandarin Chinese, both written and verbal.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and reports in professional Chinese business language.
• Monitor sales targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly), update market data trends, and advise management on Chinese market insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, product, finance, quality assurance) to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Handle escalations and resolve client complaints while maintaining service excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK 6 or equivalent).
• Strong business communication and negotiation skills in Mandarin Chinese (email, report, presentation, contract).
• At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B Sales/Account Management with Chinese or Taiwanese clients.
• Familiar with international trade practices, import/export procedures, or service outsourcing is a strong advantage.
• English fluency is preferred for internal communication.
• Highly result-oriented, capable of working under performance targets.
