Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints from Chinese/Taiwanese clients via phone, email, and online chat (100% in Mandarin Chinese).
  • Support customers with order placement, payment, logistics, and after-sales processes.
  • Provide accurate product information, service policies, and detailed explanations using professional business Chinese.
  • Track customer service performance and suggest solutions to improve client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical, operations, and finance teams to resolve customer issues effectively.

Kỹ năng và Năng lực

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Chinese Language, Business, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK 5–6 or equivalent). Study or work experience in China/Taiwan is a strong plus.
  • Strong ability to draft professional business correspondence and reports in Chinese.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in customer service or client support, preferably in B2B or international environments.
  • English proficiency is an advantage for internal communication.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
