Job Description

• Provide end-to-end project consulting for Chinese/Taiwanese corporate clients in logistics, supply chain, and cross-border trade.
• Lead project discussions, requirement analysis, and solution design entirely in Mandarin Chinese (both verbal and written).
• Prepare and present project proposals, feasibility studies, and risk assessments in professional business Chinese.
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and project scope with clients and partners from China/Taiwan.
• Monitor project implementation, coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, quality assurance, IT) to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis in the logistics industry, providing insights and strategic recommendations to management.
• Handle escalations, resolve complex project issues, and ensure client satisfaction with timely solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Native or near-native Mandarin Chinese fluency (HSK 6 or equivalent). Work/study experience in China or Taiwan is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in project consulting, logistics, or supply chain (B2B/enterprise-level projects).
• Strong ability to draft and present formal proposals, contracts, and reports in Chinese and English.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations, import/export procedures, Incoterms, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
• English proficiency required for internal communication and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
